There will be a celebration of the life of Tim O’Toole, an utterly unique and remarkable spirit who has graced the lives of many, on Saturday, September 6, from 2 to 6pm, at The Hook and Ladder, at 3010 Minnehaha Avenue in South Minneapolis.
